Total Quality Systems Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of a new management team effective January 3, 2013. The appointments signal a new chapter in TQS history as Mr. Tony Pombo, founder of TQS, and Ms. Jeanne Pombo, Executive Vice President, transition accountability and authority to a new management team to plan and manage the continued success of TQS. Mr. Pombo has managed TQS since its inception in 1994 and will remain as President and Chairman of the Board to provide oversight and guidance to the new management team.
- Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Mr. Kirk Schmierer will perform day-to-day management of the company.
- Finance Manager (CFO) – Ms. Nicole Trammel will manage the company’s financial planning, accounting, and reporting.
- Human Resource Manager – Ms. Dawn Drefs will manage the company’s human resources.
