TQS awarded contingency contracting pilot project |

| TQS was awarded a Phase IIe contract by OSD AT&L to modify the Acquisition Support Model (ASM) developed under SBIR AF02-269 to support contingency contracting during the build-up of field operations. The ASM incorporates a user-friendly interface similar to commercially available tax software for developing contract requirements through documents. The contingency contracting aspect of ASM is viewed to fill a need for e-Business tools identified by the Gansler Commission Findings. |
