TQS was awarded a Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Phase III contract to produce a Field/Backshop Test Data Collection and analysis System. This effort, named "ATE INSIGHT" has a period of performance of two years and will address a solution to aid depot technicians and engineers in resolving test differences between the field backshop and depot testers. In order to effectively resolve test differences between field and depot tests, the ability to track the test history of an individual Line Replaceable Unit (LRU), and track the test failure trends for a common part number is essential. To make this possible, we must be able to capture test results at the field backshop, store them by LRU serial number and make the test results available for analysis. The ATE INSIGHT database capture, storage and analysis system will accomplish this requirement.
