TQS has been awarded additional funding for continued development of the Contingency Acquisition Support Model (cASM) which is to be production-ready on DISA servers during the summer of 2010. cASM was built specifically for War-fighters initiating acquisitions (buys) in a contingency or expeditionary environment and works whether the user is connected to the Internet or when connectivity is intermittent. cASM automates the acquisition review and approval process so workflow members in the chain of command and on acquisition review boards can review and approve document information electronically. cASM will reduce the lead time from requirement identification to contract award.
