TQS is a founding partner in the successful joint venture, Aerospace Engineering Spectrum, Ltd. AES has delivered its proposal to the Air Force for the Design Engineering Support Program III (DESP III). DESP III is a follow on to a string of Ogden ALC IDIQ contracts. AES has been a prime small business awardee on the DEP II, DESP, and DESP II contracts. AES is the leading contractor on DESP II in both number of Task Orders Awarded and total dollars awarded and is confident that they will be selected as a DESP III awardee. TQS has performed as the lead partner on numerous DESP task orders.
